We get good at what we practice
Practice does not discriminate between good behaviors (yoga, meditation, stillness, ice baths, bed of nails, DMT-breathing, art, and exercise) and more destructive behaviors (over-thinking, second guessing, worrying about the future, over analyzing the past, television, social, porn, junk food, phone notifications, etc.)
When you wake up, ask the question: “what will I practice today? Will I practice discipline or distraction?” “Will I open headspace and complete one lesson this morning, or will I open my phone and see what my projections are up to?”
